BSc Chemistry/Biochem; ISO 9001; Comp.Lit; 1-2 years of exp in laboratory analysis/quality control of chemicals/essential oils/fragrances/aromas/flavours according to ISO 9001/admin of SOP /documentation. Attention to detail/think on your feet/have good communication skills. Will be liaison between suppliers/production/clients/accounts/mngt. Responsible for keeping records of client specs/formulations/ BOM for each final product required; receiving/recording/ testing/ incoming/outgoing samples of raw materials/ final products/compare to COA received/recording of test results/issue of COA to clients; testing of ingredients/ chemicals/essential oils using specific gravity/density/refractometer, working according to sampling SOPs/ISO 9001:2015/GLP. If non-conformances/do root cause analysis/prepare corrective action/preventive action reports/ liaise with suppliers re.NC/ensure RTM/replacement stock received. If final product NC, liaise GC-MS Analyst/ensure RCA/CAPA. On the production floor, ensure correct chemicals used according to client specs/correct processing parameters/GMP/SHE/incident investigation/reporting/internal auditing/ISO 9001 admin.& documentation.
